Best Time to Visit Guilin

Guilin, lying in south china, is a world famous destination with monsoon-influenced humid subtropical climate. It is suitable to travel to Guilin all year round, and from April to October is the best. 

 

The weather in Guilin can be very hot in summer and humid in spring and autumn, a little cold in winter. The average temperature of Guilin for the year is 19.3℃. The average temperature in July is 28.3℃. Average precipitation for the year here is 1926 every month.

Guilin’s winter is from December to February. The weather in winter is moist and cold, epically in January. This is low season of the year and the Guilin tour could be less crowed than other seasons. Price is cheaper for travel.

 

♦ In winter, Guilin’s weather is cold, dry and windy, so bring thick coats, jackets, scarf which can keep you warm. Snow is rarely seen in Guilin. Since Guilin is surrounded by rivers, the low temperature may make you feel very cold.
